| QUEZON CITY |
Quezon City has a lot of residential options – from very affordable housing communities, to middle-income residential areas, to expensive upscale subdivisions. From single units, to mid-rise housing units and to high-rise condominiums, a whole range of housing type can also be found in this city.
Aside from residential areas, it is also a place of highly integrated office or work environment. Examples of these include:
Eastwood City is a “city within a city,” which supports a digital lifestyle. A resident can conveniently do banking, order food from restaurants, order products from other stores in this community, connect with others within and outside the cyberneighborhood, and transact business without having to leave the confines of his residential unit.
Araneta Center is a highly transit-oriented mixed-use community; with high-rise residential areas now more interspersed in densely commercial areas.
Eton Centris is an emerging mixed-use complex in the corner of EDSA and Quezon Avenue. It epitomizes the vibrant live-work-shop-play concept and supports green architecture and sustainable lifestyle practices. Already, the masterplanned complex is dotted with several leisure and retail establishments, plus a mini playground with a carousel. The planned three-tower Ascent is poised to become the first transit-oriented luxury condominium in the new Quezon City central business district. (source: quezoncity.gov.ph)

Quezon city does not offer the most number of schools but it does have the best schools. University of the Philippines-Diliman Campus tops the list of best college schools, followed by Ateneo de Manila University which is consistently in the top 5 best college schools in the Philippines. Philippines Science High School- arguably the best high school in the Philippines, has its main campus in Quezon City as well.

Next year, Quezon City will be formally named the "City of Stars". This will not only highlight the city "as a haven of major television studios, movie production outfits and recording companies, but the home of friendly, hospitable, talented, artistic, and helpful people,” as said by Councilor Roderick Paulate. This will showcase that Quezon City is not just a haven for business investments but also a place rich in culture.
Why live in Quezon City? Because it is a perfect location in the Metro. And it will give you the best malls, schools and even condos.
